【Eligibility】
・Participants must have a medical certificate signed by a physician within the past year from the date of the competition stating that the applicant is in good health for freediving competitions.
・Participants must be able to agree to all of the terms and conditions of the competition by filling out the competition application form and the written pledge without omission.
・Those who have completed a training course by a freediving instructional organization and have been practicing freediving continuously. Those who have completed a training course by a freediving instruction organization and have been practicing continuously, or those who have equivalent skills.
・AIDA account must be active as of one week prior to the event.

【Online Opening Ceremony and Players' Meeting】
The Opening Ceremony and Players' Meeting will be held online. Please download the Zoom application to your device in advance. We will send the meeting room ID and password to the e-mail address registered at the time of application at least 3 days prior to the tournament. If you do not receive the email, please contact Sirena. Please make sure you have a good signal environment.
【For Announced performance and Start list】
In order to improve the safety of the competition, the following local rules will be applied start list.
[STA A.P. and Start list]
・STA declarations will be accepted on a per-buddy basis.
・The order of STA reporting will be arranged in order of the number of hours reported by the players who have a dedicated coach and the players who have the least amount of time reported by their buddies (A).
・The players with the most declared time (B) will be determined based on the order of competition in A.
・The rest time of each buddy will be adjusted so that the rest time is the same.
・Athletes who have an exclusive coach will be placed in the order of their reported time, but the order may be changed depending on the reported time.
・Players who do not have a buddy or an exclusive coach will be introduced to similar players through the matching system.
・In the event that a match cannot be made, official support (during competition only/no WUP support) will be provided.
・No claims will be accepted regarding matching or official support assignments.
・When 3 or more players are matched, the competition interval will not be even.
・If two athletes are supported by a dedicated support person, please declare the participating riders as their buddies.
[DYN / DYNB / DNF A.P. and Start list]
・Athletes competing in two events will be allowed to take a rest based on the STA competition order.
※If the AP time and distance are the same, the order will be first-come-first-served basis.
【Safety Management】
・As in daily practice, please manage safety on your own responsibility and under your own supervision. Please set your own limits based on your own experience and the latest freediving theory, and do not attempt any unreasonable trials.
・If you have any concerns about your health condition on the day of the event, please cancel your participation at your own risk.
・The event will be staffed with official safety divers and medical personnel, but we cannot guarantee 100% safety of the competitors.
・All competitors and staff will be covered by accident insurance on the day of the event. Compensation beyond the coverage of this insurance will not be provided. If necessary, please purchase accident insurance on your own.
【About the awards】
In this tournament, the following ranking will be determined for the purpose of player development.
[General Division]
・The first three places will be awarded in the order of the competitor who has broken his/her official personal best record the most.
※The total points of all events will be used for the calculation, and the points of events in which no new official personal best record has been set will be counted as zero.
・In the event that there is no competitor who has broken his/her official personal best record, awards will be given in order from 1st to 3rd place, starting with the competitor who is closest to his/her official personal best record.
[Rookie of the Award]
・The best record among first-time entrants in official competitions will be awarded as the Rookie Award.
※The total points of all events entered will be used for the calculation.
※If a competitor has competed in an official competition and enters an event in which he/she does not have an official record in this competition, he/she will not be eligible for any of the awards.

[Cancellation Policy]
No refunds will be made for cancellations of personal reasons after the registration fee has been paid.
[Refund policy in case of cancellation of the event]
・Cancellation of the event due to unforeseen circumstances up to the day of the event → full refund (※)
(※) If necessary expenses have been incurred, the amount of the refund will be calculated by dividing the expenses by the number of participants, and then deducting the amount plus bank transfer fees.
・In the event that the event is un-sanctioned on the day of the competition due to inclement weather or staff illness or absence, etc.
→No refund will be made, and the event will be held as a AIDA unofficial event.
