AIDA Freediving Pool Games Japan 2024-2025 Regulations of competition

・I will be responsible for my own safety management.
・I understand and accept the safety management of the organisers.
・I will set my own declaration with a margin of safety based on my own experience and the latest freediving theory, and will not conduct any unreasonable trials.
・I will not claim compensation from the organisers or anyone else for any accident, damage or loss caused by my own negligence.
・I confirm that I have been examined by a reputable doctor and that I am physically fit to compete in the event.
・I will not participate in the competition if I have any concerns about my condition on the day of the event.
・I will not drink alcohol or dope with banned substances.
・I agree to receive life-saving treatment, including the use of an AED and medical oxygen, in the event of an emergency.
・I will take out my own insurance in the event that I need compensation beyond the scope of the accident insurance I will take out at the event.
・I have read, understood and will abide by the latest AIDA competition rules.
・I will obey the judges' decisions unless there is a justifiable reason not to.
・I authorise the organiser to use my portrait rights free of charge in relation to photographs and videos relating to the event.
・I understand that no refunds will be made for cancellations due to personal reasons after the entry fee has been paid.

・I understand that the Japanese meaning of this convention takes precedence.
